Depending on the position, responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Managing construction projects from planning to completion.
- Overseeing jobsite safety, scheduling, and quality control.
- Preparing estimates, bids, and project proposals.
- Performing site inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborating with owners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA, building codes, and company policies.
Ideal candidates should have:
