Capitol Aggregates is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead operations. You’ll be the face of leadership for the site, driving performance, safety, compliance, and employee engagement.

What You’ll Do
-
Oversee production, safety, maintenance, and employee development at the plant.
-
Drive scheduling, budgeting, and operational planning.
-
Implement and lead plant safety programs and environmental compliance.

Manage employee life cycle activities (hiring, training, coaching, performance management).

Collaborate with Area Management to set goals and drive strategic initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
-
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
-
10–15 years of aggregates, mining, or heavy industrial experience.
-
5–10 years of leadership experience in operations management.
-
Strong mechanical and process improvement knowledge.
-
MSHA compliance and heavy equipment operations understanding.
