AllStates Pavement Recycling & Stabilization is a Minnesota-based company specializing in Milling, Reclaiming, Soil Stabilization, and Rumble Strips. Our team is comprised of individuals who take pride in their work and are passionate about changing the scope of the industry.

Specific Duties Include, but are not limited to

  • Inspect, repair, diagnose, and operate for functionality purposes Wirtgen and Roadtec milling and reclaiming equipment
  • Document machine information to your supervisor (inspections and parts lists)
  • Maintain a clean work area, care for company-owned tools and equipment
  • Follow all company safety rules

Job Requirements

  • Must have your own tools and toolbox (specialty tools owned by the company will be provided)
  • 3+ years of working on industrial (Farm or Construction) equipment
  • Welding/fabrication experience is a plus
  • CDL a plus, but not necessarily
  • Willing to travel in the Midwest with some overnights possible
