Gleeson Constructors & Engineers, LLC is hiring experienced Concrete Finishers to join our team for a project we're building in collaboration with Crystal Distribution Services in Waterloo, Iowa. You will be working directly for Gleeson, a national design-build firm with over 45 years of experience specializing in food processing and cold storage facilities.
This is a great opportunity to work on a fast-paced commercial jobsite where your skills and craftsmanship will be valued.

💵 Pay & Perks
- $28–$32/hour, depending on experience
- Weekly pay every Friday
- Monday–Saturday work schedule
- Plenty of work – Room for advancement!
🛠️ What You’ll Do
- Place, spread, and finish concrete for floors, curbs, landings, and other flatwork
- Use hand tools and power trowels to create smooth or textured finishes
- Set forms, assist with layout, and work closely with Carpenters and Foremen
- Cut joints, patch surfaces, and apply concrete sealer as needed
- Help with site prep and cleanup as required for finishing tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the construction team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area
✅ Requirements
- Prior experience as a concrete finisher a must
- Ability to work from directions, layouts, or drawings
- Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, finished work
- Good physical condition and able to lift up to 75 lbs
- Must follow all safety guidelines and wear PPE
- Pre-employment drug screen and physical required
