Gleeson Constructors & Engineers, LLC is hiring experienced Concrete Finishers to join our team for a project we're building in collaboration with Crystal Distribution Services in Waterloo, Iowa. You will be working directly for Gleeson, a national design-build firm with over 45 years of experience specializing in food processing and cold storage facilities.

This is a great opportunity to work on a fast-paced commercial jobsite where your skills and craftsmanship will be valued.

💵 Pay & Perks

• $28–$32/hour, depending on experience
• Weekly pay every Friday
• Monday–Saturday work schedule
• Plenty of work – Room for advancement!

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Place, spread, and finish concrete for floors, curbs, landings, and other flatwork
• Use hand tools and power trowels to create smooth or textured finishes
• Set forms, assist with layout, and work closely with Carpenters and Foremen
• Cut joints, patch surfaces, and apply concrete sealer as needed
• Help with site prep and cleanup as required for finishing tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the construction team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area

✅ Requirements

• Prior experience as a concrete finisher a must
• Ability to work from directions, layouts, or drawings
• Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, finished work
• Good physical condition and able to lift up to 75 lbs
• Must follow all safety guidelines and wear PPE
• Pre-employment drug screen and physical required
