As a Territory Sales Manager, you’ll own your market and drive growth through proactive prospecting, consultative selling, and relationship building. You won’t just maintain accounts- you’ll strategically grow them by uncovering opportunities, delivering tailored solutions, and exceeding sales targets. The Prescription for a Spectacular Sales Consultant:
This is a proactive, growth-driven sales role. You’ll manage a defined territory covering Connecticut, growing both new and existing business.
- Develop and execute a sales plan to grow territory revenue and meet or exceed goals.
- Prospect, qualify, and convert new business while deepening relationships with existing accounts.
- Act as a trusted consultant to independent eye care professionals, presenting solutions tailored to their unique needs.
- Confidently present, negotiate, and close sales to drive sustainable growth and build a book of business from the ground up.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Use technology, digital tools, and social media to amplify outreach and track performance.
- Manage time and territory efficiently, including daily travel and occasional overnight stays.
- Sense of style and eye for fashion.
- Candidates must be capable of regularly carrying sample bags weighing a minimum of 30 lbs, requiring car trunk space utilization and lifting.

Schedule:
- Customer appointments typically take place between 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- Daily travel and possible overnight stays outside of typical/scheduled business hours should be taken into consideration.
