Job Summary: The HVAC Service Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HVAC service department, including overseeing service technicians, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing service operations, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of HVAC service technicians.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.

- Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement service schedules, ensuring timely response to customer requests.
- Monitor and manage service department performance.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service issues and inquiries.
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct follow-up calls and visits to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and service quality.

Technical Expertise:
- Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies, products, and industry trends.
- Provide technical guidance and support to service technicians.
- Ensure all service work complies with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

Quality Control and Safety:
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Address any deficiencies or issues identified during inspections.

Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, customer interactions, and maintenance schedules.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on service department performance, customer satisfaction, and financial metrics.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and installation, to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems.

Physical Requirements:
