The Conservator Representative will, as a surrogate decision maker, provide oversight of the individuals assigned to their caseload in accordance with the individual’s specific court order.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be a high school graduate.
• Must have one year of relevant work experience in a related field.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Possess and maintain access to phone and internet service.
• Must be able to pass intensive background screening.
