As a Site Circulation Facilitator with ECI, you ensure the safety of the public and workers by providing clear communication and assistance to those entering into the dedicated site. We are looking for safety-focused and committed members to join our team. ECI works with utility and construction companies across the US to keep our nation’s infrastructure reliable.
This is an entry-level position that provides the opportunity for advancement.
Pay Range for this role is $18-$19.00, depending on relevant education and experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Manage access to and around the park.
- Manage the flow of vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
- Communicate effectively with team members and construction/utility personnel.
- Communicate professionally with the public.
- Maintain equipment to ensure safe and reliable operations.
- Perform duties in a manner that will promote and maintain good public relations.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
- Valid driver's license.
- Familiarity with working in a team setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities, and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to change.
WHAT WOULD BE AMAZING TO HAVE:
- Familiarity with traffic control procedures.
- Previous experience working outdoors.
- Bi-lingual speaking (English and Spanish).
Working Environment
Work alone or as part of a team in an outdoor field environment; foot patrol of dedicated work site; physical demands including walking on various surfaces including flat, dry, wet, slippery, uneven, rough, and slopes; exposure to noise, dust, grease, and all types of weather and temperature conditions; exposure to hazardous traffic conditions. Physical
The team member must have sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in a field environment; walk up to 10 miles per day, stand for prolonged periods of time, and perform daily duties in all weather conditions; ability to verbally communicate to exchange information with the public; ability to see and hear in normal range with or without correction.
