We are looking for a Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our Prefab Shop in Knoxville, TN. You will help to build sheet metal for ductwork for our commercial construction job. You will be working in a covered shop assembling materials and ensuring accurate completion of assigned tasks.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and assemble sheet metal products for our commercial construction sites.
• Operate different hand tools such as shears, benders, presses, etc.
• Read labeling to ensure all products are built correctly to preset designs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience, Training, and/or Certification:

• This is an entry-level position. We will teach you the skills needed to perform the job. Promotion opportunities will be available.
• Experience working with schematics or blueprints will be helpful but not required.

Additional Requirements:

• Punctuality and reliability are the most important skills you need to bring to this job.
• Work as a part of a team.
• Perform basic mathematics accurately and thoroughly.
• Function capably in extremes of heat and cold in a warehouse setting.
• Physically fit to stand and walk throughout the workday, reach outward constantly, and often lift/carry up to 60 lbs.
• Work reaching above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending.
• Exercise fine motor control, with excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Consistently operate within Company Values and standards.
