Position Summary:

This position will assist with the planning, execution, and implementation of all marketing activities for both Kalkreuth Roofing and Sheet Metal and East Coast Metal Systems. The Marketing Manager will work with Senior Management, Division/Department Managers, and/or professional marketing firms to deploy successful marking campaigns from beginning to end.  

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Implement the company’s social media strategy, in conjunction with IT, by creating and delivering relevant and engaging social media content and reporting results.
  • Develop strategies and tactics to create brand awareness about the business and drive qualified opportunities.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for the website that attracts target customers. 
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with industry players, agencies, and vendors. 
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis. 
  • Oversee and approve marketing material from website banners to hard copy brochures. 
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals. 
  • Analyze industry trends and adjust email advertising campaigns accordingly. 
  • Support company sales initiatives and branding through direct marketing campaigns. 
  • Regularly report on Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing efforts
  • Perform website updates and provide new content. 
  • Update and/or create literature, advertisements and sales presentations. 
  • Assist with internal and external company communications, events, and public relations.
  • Perform department administrative duties as needed.
  • Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars as directed. 
  • Adheres to all company policies and procedures. 
  • Performs other duties as required or as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 
  • Three to five years of marketing experience 
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail 
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. 
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications 
  • Familiarity with social media management tools, Google analytics and Adobe Suite
