Key Accountabilities:

  • Service and repair various types of building control systems.
  • Develop and/or assist with sequence of operation and create material list.
  • Assist in system design and estimating for sales support.
  • Performing moderate to complex troubleshooting diagnostics on controls and HVAC systems.
  • Performing programming, startup & commissioning of control systems.
  • Perform training as necessary to support installed systems.

Requirements:

Education/Certifications: N/A

Experience:

  • Building Controls Experience: 5 years
  • Thorough knowledge of commercial/institutional/industrial HVAC systems
  • Working knowledge of Web, LAN and WAN technologies
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and other employees
  • High mechanical/electrical aptitude
  • Experience with LON, BACnet, Tridium, Johnson, and Honeywell, etc.
