Territory Sales Manager
We are looking for an experience outside sales professional to identify new business opportunities, conduct in depth research and promote Johnstone Supply’s products and services to potential customers.

Essential Job Functions
- Prospecting new customers and finds new quality leads.
- Contact existing and prospective customers to uncover, clarify or amplify needs & opportunities.
- Position products and services as a strategic advantage to customers based on customer's business needs.
- Establishes and expands relationships with key people and decision-makers within each customer organization.
- Consults with clients after sales to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
- Monitors market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales
- Develops territory and sales plans to target key customers and prioritize sales activities.
- Participates with management in updating territory plans and setting sales goals.
- Maintains knowledge of new and existing products and inventory by participating in training and seeking knowledge from sales manager and experienced sales representatives.
- 2+ of successful sales experience.
- Direct sales experience in the business-to-business HVAC/R or similar industry preferred.
- Technical experience with Daikin and hydronics
- College Degree preferred
