Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Help to Prepare  sales documents
  • Filing
  • Record-keeping
  • Update and maintain pricing templates
  • Fax, copy, and filing knowledge
  • Assist CSR, Marketing Manager, Sales Manager, and Sales Team with special projects
  • Miscellaneous everyday clerical duties
  • Reconciliation of sales activities
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
