Wages: $11-$13/HR Depending on Experience  

Crown Health Care Laundry, a leader in healthcare laundry services in the Southeast US, has an immediate opening for a skilled Office Assistant/Customer Service Representative.  The right individual is looking for a career opportunity and wishes to learn an industry in an in-depth, manner.  This is more than an “answer the phone”,  “enter data” position – it requires someone with solid analytical skills and exceptional customer service and problem solving skills. 

Microsoft Excel Experience is a must!


As the office staff works in partnership with the plant to ensure that shipments get our on time and accurately, some flexibility in work hours is needed.  Typically, we work 8 hour shifts Monday through Friday and we sometimes have to stay later to make sure the work is done and ready to ship to the customer.  There will be some Saturday work beginning at 8 am.  We usually rotate Saturdays.


The phones ring a lot as we strive to provide exceptional, responsive service to our customers, so the right individual can handle interruptions to work.  We can promise that no day is the same and the time tends to pass quickly!


Also required:

  • Solid Microsoft Office skills– Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Must be able to work independently and problem solve
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Exceptional teamwork skills
  • Good 10 key and typing skills – must have an affinity for numbers and be analytical.
  • Patient customer service skills – can tolerate a hectic, fast paced environment.
