Are you a true Sales Professional? If you're not making six figures per year, then sales may not be your talent. I need a Salesperson who is dedicated to their profession and understands an annual income of $75,000 to$150,000 comes through hard work, dedication to your profession, and serving your Clients.
We have a 5 star Google rating and we've had double digit growth each of the last 5 years. We will provide you 90% of your leads, but you must work hard, be self- motivated, willing to work a flexible schedule, hone your presentation skills, communicate well with our Clients and your support team, and close at least 50% of your calls.
Responsibilities:
* Must have a professional appearance.( Company shirts provided)
* Present sales proposals directly to homeowners in their homes.
* Evaluate the customer's HVAC needs while in the home.
* Collect all necessary customer information and provide that information to our office team.
* Meet monthly sales targets.
* Attend regular in-office sales trainings and meetings.
Qualifications:
* Must have a strong work ethic, be self-disciplined with a strong desire to succeed.
* Excellent verbal and organizational skills are required.
* Must be adaptable and eager to learn.
* Must have valid driver's license.
* Basic computer skills are necessary.
* You must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
* Must be available for customer appointments on evenings and a minimum of one weekend day (either Saturday or Sunday).
* Must be able to properly evaluate a home, which may include kneeling, bending over, crawling, etc.
Qualified candidates will be provided with:
